Casa Piedra is a beautifully renovated traditional stone residence that has been transformed into a modern accommodation while preserving its Mediterranean charm. Originally an abandoned stone house in the village of Nochia, the renovation process took approximately one year, starting in May 2021 and concluding in July 2022. We have embraced the Cretan Mediterranean style by incorporating local rocks and materials into the renovation, honoring our cultural heritage.
The residence features a private outdoor pool with turbo jet hydromassage, spacious terraces, and a garden adorned with lawns, flowers, and trees, along with a barbecue facility, ensuring privacy from neighbouring houses. To enhance your comfort and enjoyment during your stay in our village under the warm Cretan sun, we have added modern amenities.
Our goal is to continually upgrade Casa Piedra each year to become a more eco-friendly property, taking into account our guests’ needs and the latest trends in sustainable hospitality. Located just 30 km west of the city center of Chania, Crete, Casa Piedra offers a serene escape.
